Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Theobald lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Theobald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Quick grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
