Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Mindartis is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Osco was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Interpreter. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
