Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Carpenter. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carpenter for hire.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born to a Tailor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Interpreter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants revenge against brigands
