Description: This slender man stands about 5'2". He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has a very tight haircut. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Nim enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Map Maker. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Map Maker.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is greedy

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Adventurer born in the past three hundred years. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He is greedy; and to be a ruler again

Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light pastel in addition to tight pants. He carries with him a set of scythes, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is a Shepherd first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hupe does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Shepherd like his father before him.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and to be a body guard again
