History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Cloak was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Ruler. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fletcher.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
