Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Merchant born in the past three hundred years. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Umpen was born the youngest of three triplets. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Merchant, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Quarethon was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Quarethon's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Sailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
