History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: He was born into a rich family. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
