Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barrister they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Baker, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is content; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. One day when Ahvain was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Ahvain was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a marshal and was forced into it by his family
