Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, marred by teas. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Ur-Masi was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Ur-Masi's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft violet waves gently in the breeze. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Arannis's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Farmer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sellsword, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Laborer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Marbas is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and wants to raise his children well
