Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Stylist arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stylist. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Stylist.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Cimer and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
