Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable
