Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Serpent was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Serpent's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Beggar kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is content

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Butcher arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
