Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: Aelar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
