Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

Through the years after Tomi was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Tomi's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Hirrathak enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Hirrathak lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
