History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is wearing a long, yellow cloak. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Heian was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gifted student he started as a Merchant, but he got bored and became a Shipwright. He struck the Shipwright job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat. His fur is red, silky, and of moderate length. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
