Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Being a Tanner kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
