History: Whurbin was born the youngest of three triplets. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shipwright. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kaladan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kaladan. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
