History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Fax never married again.
