Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His first spouse was a Courier, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Bulzo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Bulzo was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Bulzo's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.
