Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. After coming to the age of reason, Quarion took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
