Description: He is a mite stocky and is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and tan handkerchief worn on his left side. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Carrie is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shipwright for hire.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He takes great joy in being the best Layabout in town.

History: Thervan was born with his father's beautiful face. A gifted student he started as a Bather, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Rogue school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Halfling compassion; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a green armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down. He has no hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gold eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Forcas is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.
