Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for him, and Fulbar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He struck the Soapmaker job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern
