History: He comes from a rich northern family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Ghûra was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cimer was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.
