History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Ruler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
