History: He was born into a rich family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Lance and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. During his travels, Gomory and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Gomory discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Gomory fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
