History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Harbek was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
