Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He keeps his green crest in a flapper bob. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He carries with him a set of greatswords, each one with a jet on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length golden hair. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is a Mercenary first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He tends to his Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a spear on his belt, and he perpetually has his spear ready. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Revenge; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: He wears a black cloak and cross-gartered red stockings. He is portly but not overly obese. His black hair is knotted and matted. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Theobald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Fletcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and to be a fletcher again
