History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Kilvar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Kilvar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
