Description: Runty and weak-looking, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Richard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Richard. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He prefers to carry a greataxe, but if one is not available he will default to his falchion. He wears his white hair up. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Shane was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
