Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Wiggan grew up listening to his father's many stories. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After a long history of fighting, Wiggan and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Radomir was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Radomir's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
