History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Akmen was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Akmen's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
