History: Simon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Courier, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and to share knowledge with the world
