Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Raer reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf mother passed away.
