History: Paelias hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Paelias alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Map Maker for hire.
