History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Description: This northern man wears a brown shirt with thin black vertical stripes and green pants. His clothes are grease stained in places. His rusty crest is unkempt and raggedy. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
