Description: He wears dull grey sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed bastard sword, just in case. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His hair is short and blonde. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his white robe. His white hair and beard is wavy and long. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Norman was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and to share knowledge with the world
