He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in the south to a Shoemaker, Sapply learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Sapply was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Shoemaker. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.
