Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His black fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His skin is flawless and his yellow eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his youth he was a Detective, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Flame was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Detective business.

History: Gilthur was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Barendd grew up listening to his father's many stories. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature glaive.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion.
