Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. The war was a terrible time for him, and Berrian does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Berrian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He's in love.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.
