He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Halander was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Laborer. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Stannor isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. The war was a terrible time for him, and Stannor does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
