Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: He wears bulky black painted plate armor, and he perpetually has his flail ready. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: Ur-Dag was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Detective for hire.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a brown collared shirt and green pants. He accessorizes with a tan scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He sports a flattop crest cut. His eyes are red and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dadalan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dadalan. Being a Carter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Fortune-teller. He has moderate length brown hair. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Bertram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.
