History: Barendd was born with his mother's beautiful face. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Pelaios was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

After months of barely getting by, Zook managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and further expansion of business
