Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Burto embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Himo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Banker.
