Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Kelter was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Through the years after Kelter was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kelter's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
