History: Born in the west to a Stylist, Halander learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Halander grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Halander. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Stylist.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
