Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear yellow clothing when he does not wear armor, and is pretty ugly. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are a pleasant violet.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Dalgal has worked very hard to control his curse. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Expand his business; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears a red tunic with brown highlights, and long yellow pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: Hogar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stylist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has done his best to style his blonde hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He takes great joy in being the best Unemployed in town.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Shepherd, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a tight fitting tan shirt and pants. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He is baby faced.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he has a crush on the local dyer
