History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
