History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a violet coat. His auburn hair is braided into rings. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Gifted from a young age, Jocelyn studied abroad. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats.
