Description: This southern man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His clothes are grease stained in places. His blonde hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 42. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has all his life been fascinated with music.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, tan shirt, and brown tie. He has no hair. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Description: He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His golden hair, when down, is lengthy. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is greedy
