Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Born in the north to a Carter, Pallabar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Baker, but he got bored and became a Carter. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and to end his boredom
